How do l get rid of a parasite called doddor? Pronounced daughter

Good afternoon Plant lady,
If you can please help me with my two beautiful plants I once had. I had re potted them in bigger pots about 3 months ago. I am not sure if the re potting cause the issue or if I am giving them to much water. Also I’m not sure what these plants are called. If you can please help with your magic knowledge in plants.
