Garlic Scapes in Oil
Ingredients
- 1/4 c olive oil
- 2 c finely diced scapes
- pinch of salt
Instructions
- 1. Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat
- 2. Add the scapes and salt and saute until softened, 3-5 mins
Notes
Refrigerate:
transfer to a bowl, cool, cover, refrigerate for up to 3 days Freeze:
