- planted 11/19/11 at 4″ spacing, rows 18″ apart (23 cloves)
- planted 11/28/11 at 6″ spacing (8 more cloves)
- stem & bulb nematodes hit in mid-April
- harvested 6/2/12 (190 days)
  - 29 heads out of 31 cloves planted (94% survival rate)

  - total weight was only 1.6 lbs (not enough water?) average size: 1/2 oz each
2014-2015: 1 lb seed stock ($14.99) = 9 heads (~72-117 cloves) = 1.8 oz/head
