- Bulb: size varies by climate: 1.5 to 2.25 inches; larger possible
- Yield:
- Cloves: 8-12 cloves per bulb, up to 40; may produce secondary cloves on bottom of bulb; hard to peel
- Taste: very mild to very hot
- Disease or Environment Tolerance:
- Soil & climate: best in mild winter with good soil and long season
