Mine has come out like a jelly with no resemblance of a liquid at all!! What have i done wrong??
Hi Michelle!
I’m not sure – it was like jelly after straining it?
I’m just making this now…any tips the jelly comment has me worried!
Hi Anne,
If it’s the comment about the lemon or lime juice being too prevalent, I’d just be conservative and taste as you go. Lime might be the safest bet, since I often see lime paired with watermelon in drinks & desserts.
Good luck! Let me know how it goes…mine was pretty bland, since the watermelon wasn’t very ripe. 🙁
